Event Information – Please Read Carefully
- Hotel entrance has steps; no flat access or lift (assistance available on request).
- Standing event with limited seating – please keep the dance floor clear for dancing.
- Music via headphones at safe levels; adults will be shown how to use them on entry.
- Please ensure that the headphones are returned at the end of the event. Failure to return the equipment may result in a charge for the full cost of the equipment.
- Child-friendly club lighting throughout.
- Free parking at Cumberland, Suncliff & Ocean Beach (register your plate at reception) on a first-come, first-served basis; paid parking available on the main road.
- Licensed bar on-site (ID may be required); no outside food or drink – snacks and drinks available (cash/card).
- Children must stay with a responsible adult at all times.
- No refunds or cancellations; full payment due at booking.
